To avoid the inconveniences caused by failures in gas installations and the potential material damages caused by their overloading, we recommend that you contact a certified specialist in this type of installation, who can provide you with a proper solution for the equipment you plan to use in setting up your professional kitchen.

Splendid Service SRL performs interventions upon request to remedy defects that occur only in the professional equipment sold by us. The service team is dispatched as quickly as possible in the case of defects occurring in equipment under warranty or for companies with which we have service contracts.

We recommend that you request the intervention of the service team in writing, by e-mail at office@gastroprofesional.ro. Products purchased by phone order or online at www.gastroprofesional.ro benefit from warranty under the terms of GEO 140/2021. The warranty conditions vary from case to case, for individuals and for legal entities, respectively.

The warranty certificates issued together with the invoice contain all the necessary information about the warranty coverage, the warranty period, and the information needed to contact the authorized service centers.

If the purchased product is within the warranty period stipulated in the warranty certificate and complies with the conditions set out in the certificate, it will be repaired free of charge by the authorized service centers. In this case, please send the product covered by the warranty at your own expense to the address of the service center mentioned in the warranty certificate.
