DELIVERY METHODS

Depending on our customers' preferences, we offer several delivery methods. Please note that shipping and cash on delivery fees are included in the invoice, visible during the ordering process.

Shipping costs:
Shipping is Free for orders over 1,000 lei.
For orders under 1,000 lei, the shipping fee is 25 lei.

1. Showroom pickup

You can pick up products from Splendid Service SRL locations in Bacau: str. Alexandru cel Bun, nr. 13 and Str. Arcadie Septilici nr. 5B, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and Saturday by appointment only. Company representatives may pick up goods from Splendid Service SRL headquarters only with a company authorization letter.

2. Courier delivery
Fast courier - Monday to Friday. If the order arrives before 1:00 PM, products leave the same day (if in stock). Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the next day. Online orders or those received by email on weekends or legal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

After placing an order, you will be contacted by phone by one of our operators to confirm the order. Your order can be canceled by email or phone, but only before it has been shipped. Products will be accompanied by a fiscal invoice. Depending on the destination, courier delivery takes 1-2 days. The courier companies we work with are: Fan Courier, Pallex, Sameday, DHL. If you prefer another courier company, please let us know when placing the order.

3. Delivery by our own fleet
Depending on equipment availability and quantity, orders may be delivered using our own fleet of trucks, within the shortest time from the order date.

4. International delivery
The online store www.gastroprofesional.ro sells and delivers internationally, through courier companies or transport firms. In this case, details will be arranged by contacting our employees, using the phone numbers and email addresses displayed on the website.
