Shipping costs:
Delivery is Free for orders over 1,000 lei.
For orders under 1,000 lei, the shipping fee is 25 lei.

1. Online Card Payment

The easiest and fastest way to pay for a product on the website www.gastroprofesional.ro is online payment by card. This type of payment does not involve any bank or other fees. All bank debit cards, debit cards with overdraft, and credit cards issued under the MasterCard (including Maestro) and VISA (including VISA Electron) logos are accepted. You can pay by card on your phone or computer. The payment is carried out under maximum security conditions guaranteed by the 3D Secure platform, a platform on which our website is enrolled. Information about your card will not be stored on our servers.

2. Bank Transfer Payment

In the online store www.gastroprofesional.ro you will find products that are in stock and products available to order. For products that are in stock, payment will be made in full after placing the order, and for products available to order, payment will be made with a 50% advance immediately after placing the order, and 50% of the total invoice will be paid before delivery. You will receive all this information by email after completing the order, as well as when you are contacted by one of our sales agents. Regarding in-stock products, the order will be shipped after the amount is received in our bank account. Regarding products available to order, the order to our suppliers will be placed after the amount is received in our bank account.

3. Cash on Delivery Payment

Cash on delivery payment means paying on the spot, directly to the courier agent, upon receiving the product, up to a limit of 5,000 Lei for legal entities and 10,000 Lei for individuals. If the purchased product has a value within these limits, depending on the buyer's status, cash on delivery payment can be chosen without any issues. Otherwise, an advance payment via bank transfer will be required. For cash on delivery payment, a fee is charged by the courier company, which is the client's responsibility.

4. Leasing Payment

To ease the financial effort of our clients, we also offer the possibility of paying for the desired equipment through leasing, with the help of the company GRENKE, which specializes in financing all types of professional equipment. Leasing payment is available only for legal entities (PJ, PFA, AF, IL, etc.), and for more details visit the dedicated page. 5. Installment Payment

To make installment payments, you need an installment card from the following banks: Credit Europe Bank, Banca Transilvania, Garanti Bank, Alpha Bank, and BRD Finance. You have the option to pay in 1, 2, 3 or 4 installments, interest-free. Installment payments can be made for any order placed on our store gastroprofesional.ro.

After completing the order on gastroprofesional.ro, you select installment card payment, after which the MobilPay – Netopia payment processor page will appear, where you will enter the credit card details for installment payment. After entering the installment payment, you will choose the number of installments you need.
